Chicken Rice recipes: how to make broccoli and Chicken Stir Fry

You no longer have to rely on visiting a restaurant to get the best flavours and aromas associated with eating stir fry. You can prepare yourself to follow this easy to make recipe. If you like chicken, broccoli and nothing stir fried; You can enjoy serving this dish for family and friends.

It makes a great addition to any meal as accompaniment and is a good thing if you’re in a hurry to a small meal or even a delicious snack. You can adapt it if you like pulling the grill of barbecue and grilling chicken before time to make it special. Add a salad of fresh vegetables or even a delicious salad fruit fresh and some fresh bread and has a party appropriate for someone who loves to eat. Most importantly, you want to have fun while making and serving a great tasting dish. If you are at the service of the family or dinner guests, stir fry is delicious.

Broccoli and Chicken Stir Fry recipe

What you need

half cup olive oil quarter Cup of sliced almonds 4 Boneless Skinless chicken breast halves broccoli 10 ounce package 1 finely chopped 4 cloves of garlic 2 Tablespoons chopped green onions 1Tablespooon cornstarch 1 teaspoon cornstarch 1 cup chicken broth half teaspoon of salt half teaspoon ginger half teaspoon garlic powder half cups sliced water chestnuts 1 tin of 16 ounces bean sprouts Cooked rice Soy sauce Hot red pepper flakes

How to do that

Cut the halves of chicken breast in biting cube size parts around half inch. Set aside until needed.

Add the olive oil in a large wok, skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Add sliced almonds and sauté toast. Remove the toasted almonds and reserve until needed.

Add the cubes of meat in the hot wok or skillet chicken breast and cook on both sides until the chicken is done. Remove the pieces of cooked chicken from the Pan and set aside. Add the broccoli. Stir fry until that the vegetables are tender and crisp. Add the cloves of garlic slices and chopped green onions. In addition, they still stir frying slightly and then add the snowflakes of red pepper if you decide to include them. Stir well. Remove vegetables wok or skillet.

Add the broth of chicken and cornstarch in the frying pan or wok. Stir to dissolve a fire from 5 to 10 minutes until the mixture thickens. Add the salt, ginger, and garlic powder and continue stirring. Add the chestnuts from water in slices and bean sprouts. Stir and cook for 2 minutes. Add the cubes of chicken in the pan with the vegetables and allow mixture to simmer down until all the ingredients are heated through. Serve on a bed of cooked rice and sprinkle with soy sauce before serving.
