Chinese fried rice for a healthy diet recipe

A good way to serve vegetables for his family is of Chinese fried rice recipe. Fruits and vegetables contain the necessary vitamins, minerals and fiber necessary to prevent many chronic diseases. The recipe of Chinese fried rice which is shown below uses a variety of vegetables. Try this for who does not eat their vegetables otherwise.


Chinese fried rice recipe:

What you need:

1 package of 16 ounces of mixed frozen vegetables or a packet of frozen peas and carrots
1 cup frozen onions and pepper stir-fry vegetables
1 8.8 oz package of cooked rice
4 teaspoons of olive oil or divided canola oil
2-3 eggs
4 tablespoons Kikkoman sauce. Purchased store is fine, preferably one with low sodium
Lime wedges
Peppers crushed (if desired)




Heat 2 tablespoons oil olive or canola in a wok or a pan not big stick over medium heat. Mix the eggs and add oil. Make sharing eggs by stirring occasionally until the set. Remove from pan and set aside. Increase the heat to medium high and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil to the skillet. Stir fry the frozen vegetables and cook for five minutes or until tender. Don’t forget never over Cook the vegetables to prevent loss of nutrients.


Add the stir fry sauce and if desired also crushed peppers. Add the cooked rice and mix eggs. Through heat. Finally, squeeze the lemon juice to give an extra flavor of this Chinese fried rice recipe. This recipe is good if you have more rice and chicken. Or you can add tofu and omitting the eggs and make this a recipe for vegetarian Chinese fried rice. You can add pre-cooked shrimp this and make a recipe for Chinese fried rice with seafood. Note: we used rice but white rice will work fine.


Experiment with rice instead of white rice in other recipes and see if your family likes.

Tips for healthy eating – balance of variety and moderation


-Serving of vegetables, fruits and whole grains. Search for recipes that incorporate these healthy ingredients.
