Cooking procedure:


Soak the beans for five hours in cold water. Put the beans in a pot and simmer for two hours. Then empty it but retain the water. Heat the oven to three hundred and twenty five degrees Fahrenheit. Place beans in a pot two quart. Put the bacon and onion in the first layer then put some grains on the second layer. Then again put the bacon coat and finish again with grains. In another pan put molasses, pepper, tomato, ketchup and brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce. Let boil to fire first and put the mixture in the casserole with beans and put some water then covered with an aluminium foil. This baked for four hours until you see that the beans in mild.

Ingredients:


a. two cups of beans that has been soaked for four hours
b. a third cup of molasses
c. a fourth Cup of brown sugar
d. a spoonful of mustard
e. a fourth teaspoon of cayenne pepper
f 1 teaspoon yeast Bakon
(g) two tablespoons of tamari
h. two chopped onions
i. two laurel leaves
(j) three cloves of garlic
k 1 teaspoon salt

Cooking procedure:


Soak the beans overnight for four to five hours. The water and put new water therein. Boil for five minutes, then remove the water again. Mix the sugar, mustard, molasses, tamari and yeast in a large bowl. Add the wet beans with onions, garlic, onion, Bay leaves, pepper and salt. Put them all in the crockpot and put a little water. Cook on low heat for eight hours until beans be soft. Do not let that dries out so add water if necessary.
