This Green fried rice recipe is very different and rarely will be this kind of recipe before. Since in this recipe, green vegetables are used including green chillies, onions and garlic. Use of sheets of fresh garlic would increase the taste and the smell of this Green fried rice. This Green fried rice is prepared in 30 minutes and is the best serve 2-3 persons.
2 cup of good quality rice (soaked in water for half an hour)
8-10 onions (chopped part white and green separately)
garlic 1/2 cup (chopped) Green
10 green chillies (chopped)
2 sticks of cinnamon
2 green cardamom
1 Black cardamom
2 leaves of laurel
repack 1/2 cup butter or ghee
2 cup chicken broth
Hot water as needed
1. Take a deep pan and teeth of fry, sticks of cinnamon, cardamom, Bay leaves and white parts of onions together in butter or ghee for 3-4 minutes until onions become a light golden color.
2. Now add the rice and salt, cooked with fried ingredients over medium heat for 4 – 5 minutes and stir constantly to rice frying uniformly. After putting green chillies, garlic, and the rest of onion and mix with rice.
3 Mix hot water and chicken in a bowl and add this mixture to the rice so it rice is immersed completely in water and its level must be approximately half an inch above the surface of the rice.
4 Add salt according to your tastes and mix, bake bread and leave to rice high heat for 5-8 minutes until that absorbs the water in the rice. When the water seems to be nearly dry, reduce calls to very low and let it cook 5-10 minutes until tender rice. Also remove several times between that rice would cook evenly. Remove the rice in a dish of serving beautiful and serve with any curry of your choice.
