Recipe of rice saffron and rice with curry recipe

Saffron rice recipes need only a little saffron rice of nuance, but crushing and mixing with the water helps to color and flavor.

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of olive oil
8 oz long grain rice.
6 strands of Saffron or saffron 1/4 teaspoon powdered
1 liter of water boiling
1 teaspoon of salt


Method:
1. Heat the oil in the frying pan, add the rice and stir over low heat for 2-3 minutes until beans are coated with oil.
2 Crushed saffron strands if you are using and mix a little water. Add saffron to the pan with the remaining water and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring.
3 Cover and boil a very low heat for 15-20 minutes, shaking the Pan occasionally to sticking, until the rice is tender and the liquid has been absorbed.
4 Esponjar the rice with a fork, put in a source heated and serve immediately with grilled meat or fish


Curry on rice is an excellent idea for cooking when you have time to do a beef curry. Serve this rapidly made with cooked hard disk version eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers and parsley.

Ingredients:
1 medium sized onion
2 ounces butter
1 tablespoon oil
2 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
8 oz long grain rice.
1 pint boiling chicken broth
1 teaspoon of salt


Method:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat butter and oil in the frying pan and fry the peeled and mashed garlic and onion until golden. Add curry and cumin and cook 2-3 minutes.
2. Add the rice and cook until opaque simmer, stirring all the time.
3 Pouring in stock (made with cubes, if necessary) and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes until the rice is tender and the liquid has been absorbed.
