Recipes for delicious fried rice 2

In Asian countries, it is common to leave the pot of rice all day and to make sure that always have a bowl of rice available anytime of the day. To make sure the rice is still tasty even when it has set a time, they tend to fry the rice – is a great way to use also other remains.


Let’s take a look at two recipes for easy friend rice today.


Creamy rice fried with Bacon and mushrooms:


-4 cups of rice, uncooked or cooked
-3.5 ounces of bacon
mushrooms – 7 oz
-1 cube chicken consomme
-3 slices of cheese Danish or 3 tablespoons of cream cheese
-Salt, oil
-2 cloves of garlic


Preparation:


Crush the garlic and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in a little oil along with some mushrooms sliced and diced bacon, until everything is well toasted.


Add 8 cups of water, reduce by half the amount if you started with cooked rice. Not the consomme and salt now, too. Simmer the rest of the water has boiled away. Add the cheese finally before turning off the flame and allow that they melt, stirring. Please ~


Russian rice:

-9 oz chopped pork meat
-Rice
-1 tin of fried tomatoes
-Cayenne
-1 tablespoon oilve oil
-Salt and spices of spaghetti
-1 cube chicken consomme
-Some Cognac (!)


Preparation:


In a separate pan, measure 6 cups of water and boil, add salt and chicken broth.


Separately, wash 3 cups of rice (uncooked!) and fry them until they hardened. Add the water boiling. Let Cook until rice is done and the water evaporates, it should be about 20 minutes.


Separately, fry the meat and spices; When the meat changes color, add a pinch of cognac. Add the tomatoes and cook over a low flame. When the tomatoes and juices begin to boil, add the rice and mix carefully.
