Stir Fried vegetable rice with spicy salmon roasted


1 thick salmon fillet half fish stock cube half red onion Jerk seasoning powder 3 cloves of garlic, finely sliced 2 cups of rice half cup of tea of peas half cup of tea of sweet corn 1 carrot, finely chopped 2 vegetable stock cubes 1-inch ginger, cut into thin slices 1 Chile, finely chopped 1 bunch chopped parsley

-Fish broth crumbling Bowl
