This delicious seafood is always tasty, but now it’s accompanied by rice. This rice recipe will give it a nice new touch to it and definitely enchant your taste and craving for new wonderful food.
You will need:
Chicken broth (3 1/2 cups)
Rice (3/4 uncooked regular grain)
Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
Shrimp (1 pound, fresh, shelled and deveined)
Garlic (4 cloves, minced)
Lemon Juice (2 tablespoons)
Onions (2 medium and sliced)
How to do it:
This is very simple, first take the broth and put in a saucepan over high heat, you will let it boil. Meanwhile stir the rice and reduce the heat from high to low, cover this mix up and let it cook for a period of 20 minutes. You will know rice is done when it turns a little golden and slightly bigger. While you are doing this take another skillet and heat oil over medium heat, to this you will add the shrimp and the garlic, cook everything for about 5 minutes and you will know it’s done when the shrimp has turned pink. Before serving divide the shrimp portions into 4 bowls, first stir the juice into the rice mix you made and then pour it over the shrimp, finally add the last touch by adding the green onions and serve the 4 portions to your family or friends.
