Spanish-baked recipe of rice

A delicious way to improve the already delicious rice is mixed with onion, pepper green ball, tomato and spicy sweet chili sauce, all this ingredients taste better when covered and baked with cheddar cheese and finally garnished with fresh cilantro. Should:


Meat ground (1 pound)


Onion (1/2 cup, chopped finely)


Tomatoes (14.5 ounces or 1 Tin)


Water (1 cup)


Grain of rice (3/4 cup)


Chili sauce (1/2 cup)


(1 Teaspoon) salt


Brown (1 tsp.) sugar


Ground cumin (1/2 teaspoon)


Worcestershire sauce (1/2 teaspoon)


Cheddar cheese (1/2 cup, strips)


(2 Tablespoons) fresh coriander


How to do it:


First step is to preheat the oven to 375 ° F or pour degrees.
