Spanish chicken and rice recipe

Once you have practical dong a recipe may start to add a few small touches Extras that can make family and friends. Take a look at this recipe for rice and chicken and you will have a masterpiece of culinary art. Enjoy.


All purpose flour (2 tablespoons)
Salt (1 TSP, split)
(1/4 Teaspoon) pepper
Breast of chicken (2 halves with bone)
Butter or margarine (1 tablespoon)
Onion (1/2 cup, chopped)
Green pepper (1/4 cup)
Garlic (1 clove, chopped)
Pepper (jar or 1 ounce 2.5, drained)
Uncooked rice (1/2 cup)
(1 Quarter cups) chicken broth
Turmeric (1/2 teaspoon)
(1/8 TSP) chili powder

How to do it:

First of all take a large plastic bag resalable and here combine the flour and half teaspoon of salt and pepper, add here the chicken and stir until well coated. Now that you have the chicken prepared take a large skillet and Brown chicken in butter over medium heat, remove the chicken from heat and set aside but keep hot. Now take the bread baked and sauté onion, green pepper and garlic until tender. Here add the peppers and rice, now reduce heat but keep cooking for another two minutes and stir constantly recalls. Now add the turmeric soup and chili powder, can remove the remaining salt too and keep all cook until it reaches a boiling point. Finally it can pour into an oven ungreased and top with chicken. This bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees graduate or until juices from chicken meat have almost disappeared and the rice is tender.
