You will find things much easier if you get a sushi rolling mat, although it is not necessary. There are kits with a lot of fantasy things that are expensive, but you can find a rolling mat individually for a few dollars. There must be some in a supermarket or a Chinese food shop.
Vegetarian Sushi recipe directions
Before you begin, Cook the rice to boil 2 cups of slightly salty water adding rice, and then a lower heat slow for 45 minutes. Instead of white rice sushi, short-grain rice is fast enough but has more nutrients than white. Long grain rice will not work.
