California Spanish style of rice recipe

When you have to be creative in the kitchen you can be sure that the basic dishes will be to have it used. Rice is one of the basic menus throughout the world and now adding more may have a new dish. Follow these instructions, and enjoy with your family and friends.


Bacon (4 strips, cubes)

Onion (3/4 cup, chopped)

(2 Tablespoons) olive oil

Grain (1 cup uncooked) rice

Stock (14.5 ounces or 1 Tin)

Green pepper (1 cup diced)

1 Cup diced (sweet) peppers

Tomatoes (14.5 ounces or 1 Tin)


How to do it:

Take a large skillet and cook the bacon until it reaches a crisp point, you can do it then. You can then place paper towels to remove excess fat. Drain excess pain but not 2 tablespoons; leave these 2 tablespoons because you will need to saute the onion until it is tender. You can remove the onions and set aside. Now to take a small pan and heat over medium heat, this bread is add rice and cook for a few minutes until it reaches a golden brown. You can then reduce the heat but continue stirring and add meat broth. Cover the mixture and cook for 20 minutes, add the bacon and onion, peppers and tomatoes. Leave to cook for 25 minutes and almost 30 or until rice is tender and has absorbed the bulk of the fluid.
