Delicious chicken and rice Crock Pot recipe

CHICKEN OF SAUSAGE AND RICE CROCK POT RECIPE


pieces of chicken’s 2-1/2 to 3 kg
1 tbl. olive oil
8 oz. cooked sausage smoked Turkey, halved lengthwise and sliced
1 large sliced onion
3 chopped garlic cloves
thyme 2 teaspoon dried, crushed
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 14-1/2 oz. can chicken broth
1/2 cup water
2 cup of chopped tomatoes
2 yellow or green pepper, cut into very thin strips of size snack
1 cup frozen green peas
3 cup hot cooked rice


Goose bumps. Wash the chicken; Pat dry. Sliced chicken great Brown pan, half at a time, in olive oil hot. Drain the fat. In a 3-1/2 crock pot, 4 or 5 quart put pieces of chicken, sausages of onion and Turkey. Sprinkle with garlic, dried black pepper and turmeric. Pour the broth and water in particular. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or high by 3-1/2 to 4 hours. Add the tomatoes, peppers, peas in the pot. Cover; Let stand for 5 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
