Healthy foods for a fast food recipe

With the heat of summer and the fact that we have more days, many times we would like to eat something light, as well as later in the night. Ideally speaking, an easy dinner fast, well as an easy healthy dinner. Here is a recipe for healthy eating for a quick meal.


According to one of my favourite marinated, this recipe for healthy eating is a quick easy dinner that can be made for 1 or more (if amusing). What I did earlier this week was preparing halibut on brown and wild rice mixed with dates and served as the green beans on the side. This easy healthy dinner took no time to do.


The ingredients for this fast food are:


1 part of halibut
Rice
Wild rice
Dates
Green beans


To start this easy dinner fast, marinate the halibut in a bowl of equal parts of olive oil, vinegar balsamic (2 tablespoons each) and a tooth or two of garlic. Coat the halibut and place the fish in the refrigerator for about two hours.


Meanwhile, follow the instructions in kitchen in the back of the packages for the wild rice and the rice and cook separate both types of rice. When I made this recipe for healthy eating, I used 1/4 cup of wild rice and a cup of rice.


Once both sets of rice are cooked, mix them and add chopped dates. Make sure you select the dates of nuts. Let the heat from both sets of rice hot chopped dates. Leaving aside the rice.


Once the halibut is marinated, cooked fish in the oven until tender and flaky but not raw in the middle. To make this a really quick dinner, just buy frozen green beans and heat in the kitchen while cooking the halibut.


If rice has cooled, may want to pop in the microwave for a few seconds to reheat it. Establish rice on your plate of dinner, then place the halibut baked on top and, below, green beans cooked on the side, and there will be a quick easy dinner using a recipe for healthy eating.


I like to save even more time cooking dinner in the summer and often prepare my combination of rice which serves in advance and refrigerate it. I make a couple of pieces and then take this dish or other fast food I Cook during the week.
