Making the perfect Thai fried rice

Fried rice is one of the most common food in Asia, and is so easy to do. In every corner in Thailand, you will find food stalls, offering dishes of fried rice. Some varieties of fried rice and Thai fried rice is going in another direction.


In Thailand, fried rice is a dish of food, and is often served with cucumber and a wedge of lime on the side.


The most popular fried rice is rice, fried crab. It is also a good way to clean your refrigerator debris from any vegetables and meat in your refrigerator will cook fried rice.


For meat, can use almost all – bacon, crab, chicken, ham, tofu – name. Vegetables are very well also.


The perfect Thai Chow Fun (fried rice) recipe


3 c cooked rice


3 Strips of Bacon


3 Eggs lightly beaten


1-1/4 (c) meat, finely diced


2 Finely chopped green onion


1/2 lb shoots of soybeans (optional)


6 Mushrooms sliced


Salt


1 ds pepper


2 tb of soy sauce


Preparation


Cook bacon until it is lightly golden but not crisp and set aside.


Add the eggs to the ships of bacon and dispute.


Remove and chop very well.


Add the rice and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia during 5 minutes stirring constantly.


Add the remaining ingredients and mix well and cook for 10 minutes more.


Serve.


You can also use your favorite meats; beef and pork, chicken, ham, meat, or shrimp or experiment with everything he knows well to you.
